I recently came back to the store after seeing new management. My iPhone 6s plus was non-repairable so I bought a 6plus from here, definitely great service and quality. Unfortunately 2 pair of headphones were given and neither worked properly but manage was more than nice enough to allow me to exchange and to solve the problem. Would definitely recommend this store. I went to their shop to repair my cellphone when I travled to the States. I went to their shop in the morning, and my phone was ready by lunch time, super fast!! And the price was very fair! The shop keepers were super kind as well, they are very warm and helpful! Definitely a good review and recommendation!read more

These guys are great people, great service and make you feel like a friend not a customer they work on my iPad for me and fix it with no problem I had a little issue after it was fix but I brought is back. And they took care of me and when it was finish I got a call to come pick it up and it was all good. Any problem with phones iPad etc. I will definitely recommend these guys.read more

I'll start by saying I never write reviews, but my entire screen cracked at 4:30 on sunday...they close at 5. i called and was told it could be fixed if I came down. Arrived at 4:40 and fixed by 5:05...so appreciative because would not have been able to have it fixed until the end of the week and need it for work. Very nice, fast, efficient...could have just said will fix it tomorrow due to lack of time. Thanks!!!read more

Excellent customer service experience! I was on vacation the first time in Fort Lauderdale and I wasn't familiar with the area. When I call Carlos for directions he was very helpful and remained in the line until I arrived to the location. Love this store and the technician. I had dropped my phone and cracked my screen on an I phone 6S. I went into the store on Las olas and was greeted with a smile. The technician who fixed my screen was amazing. I also got my camera fixed so that now I can take photos. I was in and out in thirty minutes and it looks like I have a brand new phone. This helped me save over $500.00 since I would have had to purchase a new phone. Anyone in need of repair please go to this location. I will definitely use them for any future repairs.
